Your Role: Driving Sales Excellence

You'll be the engine ensuring our sales processes run like a well-oiled machine. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Sales Manager in the day-to-day running of the department, stepping in to lead when needed.
• Ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of the sales process by maintaining and optimising the systems used.
• Working closely with various departments across the group to ensure all prospecting, campaigns, events, and productivity initiatives are executed to a high standard.
• Contributing to the development and growth of retail sales by identifying opportunities and implementing effective strategies.
• Utilising your high attention to detail and broad technical knowledge to build successful and profitable sales processes.

What We're Looking For in an Assistant Sales Manager

We're seeking a proactive leader who brings:

• Proven knowledge and understanding of working within a retail sales environment, within the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related systems
• A strong technical ability and an analytical mindset to drive data-led decisions.
• High attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring accuracy and precision.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and a strong drive for growth and development within a team.
• A full UK driving license.
