We're searching for a Customer Service Administrator who possesses:

Your Role: The Engine Room of Our Body Shop
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the front-line support, ensuring every customer's journey is seamless and efficient. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming Customers: Be the friendly face that greets customers, assists with all enquiries, schedules appointments, and provides essential service-related information.
- Managing Repairs: Take the wheel in scheduling vehicle repairs, coordinating with technicians, efficiently allocating resources, and setting up job cards in a timely manner, always keeping the customer informed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer information, vehicle details, and repair orders. You'll also prepare and process invoices, estimates, and other related documents with precision.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with other departments, such as parts and accounts, to streamline operations and ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
- Data Compliance: Comply with all company GDPR policies at all times when processing and handling sensitive customer data.
