Call Centre Sales Executive | Telesales Executive | Internal Sales Executive | Appointment Setter

Salary: OTE £35,000 per annum

Location: Stockport, UK

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

The Holdcroft Motor Group is seeking an enthusiastic Call Centre Sales Executive to join our thriving sales team in Stockport (please note, this is not a call centre environment ). If you're a motivated self-starter who excels at turning warm leads into booked appointments and delivering fantastic customer service, this is your chance to drive your career forward with a leading automotive group.

As a Call Centre Sales Executive, you'll be instrumental in supporting our sales team by managing our customer relationships from the very first call. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Making proactive outbound calls to customers, following up on warm leads.
• Booking appointments for the sales team and ensuring a seamless transition for the customer.
• Delivering fantastic customer service, whether over the phone or when meeting customers in the dealership.
• Building strong customer relationships and effectively managing a high-volume workload.

We're seeking a driven individual who brings:

• Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
• Previous experience in a telephone sales role is preferred but not essential. We are happy to consider candidates from a face-to-face customer service role who are ready for a new challenge.
• A strong team-player mentality with the ability to work independently.
• A drive for career development and growth.
