Salary: OTE £30,000

Hours of work: Monday to Friday full-time including weekends on a rota basis

The Holdcroft Motor Group are looking to expand our business and are now offering an exciting opportunity to join our team at Hyundai as a Brand Ambassador. You will identify and pursue sales opportunities to support our exceptional sales teams, building rapport with all customers to understand their needs and interests.

Our foremost objective is to offer complete satisfaction to every one of our valued customers and being the primary contact in the dealership, you will represent our brand, our values and deliver exceptional knowledge on all products. Being a Brand Ambassador means that you will showcase our offerings, maintain outstanding industry trends and competitor activity and drive sales growth.

What we are looking for in a Brand Ambassador:

• Excellent customer service skills and loves working with people.
• Record of working within customer services or a customer-facing role in the retail industry (does not have to be the motor industry).
• Able to use initiative, work independently and take ownership of the role.
• Able to multi-task and switch quickly between tasks.
• Willingness to learn, develop and keep up-to-date with technical/product information.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Full UK driving licence is preferred but not required.
