As our Fleet Transport and Delivery Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating the efficient movement of vehicles from our inventory to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing Transport Plans: Create comprehensive transport plans, considering vehicle type, location, and customer preferences.
- Real-Time Monitoring: Monitor and track vehicle movements to address any potential delays or issues promptly, ensuring seamless execution.
- Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, scheduling appointments, providing delivery updates, and addressing any concerns.
- Compliance and Optimisation: Assist the Transport Manager with ensuring all legal requirements and safety standards are met. You will also identify opportunities to improve processes, optimising both efficiency and cost.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Help analyse transport data and generate reports on key performance metrics to guide future decisions and enhance overall fleet performance.
