Location: Warrington

Salary: up to £30k OTE

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm and Saturdays on a rota.

The Holdcroft Motor Group are looking for a confident and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join their already successful team at our Honda and MG dealership in Warrington. The chosen candidate will maximise parts sales and profitability through strong communication, providing quotes and advice to both our service and trade customers.

Demonstrating a high attention to detail and accuracy, you will complete all cost control duties, record customer requirements as per manufacturer and dealership policies whilst maintaining and developing external relationships. You will liaise with manufacturers and external warranty providers for specific information / approval on contributions and ensure your product knowledge is kept up to date with market research.

What we are looking for in a Parts Advisor:

• Previous experience working within a parts role is preferable.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally with all levels of customers and staff.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of working within a parts role.
• High attention to detail and ability to input data accurately.
• Ability to receive and register payment for parts ordered.
• Excellent knowledge of warranty procedures and documentation.
• Well organised and ability to manage a high workload.
• IT and computer literate.
