Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 OTE
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Hours of work: 40 hour working week

As a Panel Beater, you will join the growing team in our large body centre. Supporting all of our Holdcroft sites with the strip and refit of accident damaged vehicles, you will manage a workload which varies in regards to brands and customers, delivering an exceptional standard throughout.

Being responsible for all panel work including jig work, panel repairs, plastic repairs, replacing welded and bolt on panels ensuring preparation and accurate fitting is completed prior to paint.

Required skills as a Panel Beater:

• ATA / NVQ level 3 qualification would be advantageous.
• Positive attitude to work, customers and all members of staff.
• Work well as a team and independently.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent decision making and problem solving skills.
• Full UK driving license.
• Knowledge and understanding of working within a similar role.
