The Holdcroft Motor Group is looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to drive excellence through our multi-brand dealership site in Crewe, including Nissan, Dacia, Hyundai and GWM. The Successful candidate will be the key conduit between the workshop, Services Advisors and Service Manager to enable the day-to-day smooth running of the service department workflow.

Working as part of a team, you will organise and schedule technician work and drive profitability through efficiency and productivity. Ensuring your knowledge is regularly kept up to date with manufacturer technical updates and DVLA guidelines, completing all relevant reports and documentation accurately. You will handle all technical related customer concerns and maintain exceptional customer communication throughout the service department.

What we are looking for in a Workshop Controller:

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent City and Guilds or BTEC accreditation) qualified with experience working in a Franchised Dealership.
• Familiar with Dealer Management Systems – Keeloop Kerridge Rev 8 (preference, but not essential).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work within given timescales and complete a wide range of tasks with a high attention to detail.
• Understanding of workshop KPI’s and the ability to comply with warranty write ups.
• Highly motivated, team player that offers help and support to others.
• Willingness to learn and develop personal knowledge, and keep up-to-date with complex/ technical/product information, in order to improve profitability.
• An outstanding attitude and passion for customer service.
• An enthusiastic, dynamic and team oriented personality.
• Valid UK driving licence.
