Volvo Service Advisor – Join the Holdcroft Motor Group Team!

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Salary: Up to £30,000 basic + On-Target Earnings (OTE)

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm | Saturdays on rota

What you’ll do:

  • Be the friendly face of Volvo aftersales - delivering a seamless customer experience from check-in to handover
  • Use your product knowledge and technical understanding to upsell service plans, repairs, and accessories
  • Keep customers informed, reassured, and satisfied throughout their journey
  • Accurately manage bookings, estimates, invoices, and vehicle progress through our systems
  • Support the wider service team during busy periods to ensure top-notch service delivery

Required skills as a Service Advisor:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing automotive role (Service Advisor, Aftersales Executive, etc.)
  • A genuine passion for the automotive industry and the Volvo brand
  • Confidence with upselling products and services to meet customer needs
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Comfortable working with IT systems and dealer management software
